Teenage Disco Events
Generally, we have found that teens of this age group just want a DJ to play their favourite music, loud. We make sure we get a head-start by asking the guest of honour to submit a playlist, and also let their friends choose a few favourites.
The Music
Teenagers are famously fussy about the kind of music they like. We therefore actively encourage them to get involved with the music choices for their party. Once the function is booked, we will send request list forms to you, which they and their friends can have fun filling in.
If there are any songs which we feel may be unsuitable (bad language, references etc.) we will discuss this with you to find out your thoughts. We want everyone to have fun, but we need to be responsible too!
Lots of teens seems to be into either R&B and Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass or DubStep these days and we carry a good range of these styles of music and strive to obtain clean edits wherever possible as some tracks are definitely not suited to some age groups. We carry at least 75% of the current Top 40 at all times, so we've usually got all their favourites to hand!
Games and Competitions
If required, games and competitions can be organised. However most prospective clients we've spoken to don't want this. The kids choose a DJ to play their favourite tunes - mainly without too much chat - through a great sound system and cool lighting effects to top the night off.
We will work with you to make sure that the evening's entertainment is pitched at the right level for you and your friends.
Extras
We offer a wide range of optional extras with our teens' events,

- Laser Systems
- Glow Products - sticks, bracelets, earrings, necklaces
Duration and Pricing
We usually suggest that teens parties are a maximum of 3 hours, which is loads of time to get all your favourites played, and we base our pricing on this factor.
